Who are your favorite Hawk artists? Led Zeppelin,
Bruce, Steve Miller Band, Eric Clapton, Eagles, Van Halen
Where Do You Like To Hang? Mine hangs just fine,
thank you very much. I know what you mean...I like to go out to
wherever all of coastal Monmouth County aren't congregating to
more so than their places of worship.
When I'm not on the air at the Hawk, you'll find me...spending
time with my girlfriend (how many single guys can actually admit
to that...not many I imagine), visiting with my family, drinking
lots of adult beverages at fine Jersey Shore establishments.
What would people be surprised to find out about you:
That I do just this. People think sometimes become fascinated
by this. They don't realize that there's a lot more involved behind
their 105.7 preset button.
What websites do you check daily? Aside from
the ones "blocked by websense", I like to go to espn.com,
my bank account online page to see if I have money to go drinking
with and various websites of bars to see if there are any pictures
of me making an a** out of myself...haven't seen any lately, which
is good.
Best concerts I've ever been to: Bruce Springsteen
& The E Street Band (2 shows in Aug '99), Bruce when he showed
up with Joe Gruschecky at Tradewinds (R.I.P.) in July '95.
Best CDs of all time: Don't have them on cd...Van
Halen "5150" (a worn-out cassette), Bruce Springsteen
"Live 1975-85" (on vinyl), The Police "Synchronicity"
(another worn-out cassette)
Favorite movies of all time: Patriot Games,
Armageddon, all 3 Die Hards, Miracle, Caddyshack,
Animal House, Fletch, Airplane, Old School, Meet The Parents
On the tube I'll watch: The Sopranos
(will finally get HBO next season to watch it), Seinfeld
reruns, ESPN Sports Century, the Mets lose, the Rangers
lose, hopefully watch the Giants win this fall, the Spanish channel
(it's pretty much soft-porn).
My pets include: Those annoying little ants that
seem to appear around now.
If I won the lottery, I would...I DON'T play
the lottery for 3 reasons...1) it's a complete scam, 2) I'd rather
put my money to better use and 3) people who buy lottery tickets
always tie up the damn lines at convenience stores...hate that!!!
My first nonradio job was: I was a cart boy at
a supermarket. Believe it or not, at 15 years old, I met more
chicks there than I ever have working in corporate America...not
hard to believe actually...I don't make 6 figures!!!
Radio dump holes I've worked at before landing in the
Hawk's nest: I've been at several stations in NJ, let
me draw you a map...Starting point: Spring Lake...out 195 to Trenton,
then up Rt.1 to New Brunswick, then down the Parkway to Atlantic
City, after blowing my paychecks at the Casinos, I headed home
on the Parkway to Monmouth/Ocean...then poor Evergreen (my old
car) could finally rest. I miss you Evergreen!!
If I ever got a hold of Saddam Hussein or Michael Jackson
or any other bad a**:
Well...since the parents are to blame for letting their children
actually stay overnight at Michael's mansion, I'd let the parents
worry about it because it's their problem. I wouldn't do anything
with Saddam either because that's George W. Bush's problem..
